What You'll Do
Clinical Impact
- Deliver engaging, child-led therapy across developmental, sensory-motor, and psychosocial needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and celebrate progress with families
- Coach parents with practical strategies and lead empowering workshops
Growth & Innovation
- Design therapy spaces and programs for clinic, preschool, and school settings
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor junior therapists and contribute to service development
Who We're Looking For
Required
- • Bachelor's/Master's in OT (AHPC-recognized)
- • 5+ years pediatric OT experience
- • Full AHPC registration
- • Supervision/mentoring experience
Nice to Have
- • Singapore school setting experience
- • MOE curriculum knowledge
- • Additional language fluency
- • Specialization (SI, feeding, ASD)
