Annie Lim (林宜祯)

Principal Speech Therapist, Co-Founder

Annie is a speech therapist who finds deep joy in helping individuals achieve their communication goals in ways that are authentic and meaningful to them. From MOE schools to private clinics, and across both local and international communities, Annie has worked in a range of settings. No matter the context, her focus remains the same—providing practical, respectful support tailored to each person's strengths, personal goals, and everyday environment. She works closely with families to integrate strategies into daily routines, so therapy outcomes carry over into real life.

Annie holds a Master of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Sydney and has extensive experience delivering therapy and conducting assessments in areas such as speech clarity, language development, stuttering, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She has a keen interest in supporting gestalt language processors and always aims to honour each child's individual communication style and journey within her therapy approach. Annie supports children with a wide range of developmental profiles, including autism, ADHD, global developmental delay, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), and stuttering—always with a focus on connection, autonomy, and meaningful communication.

Annie believes that the best progress happens when everyone in a child's daily community is working together. She values close collaboration with families, schools, and other therapists to build a supportive ecosystem that empowers each child to thrive. Her practice is informed by a strengths-based, child-led philosophy grounded in connection and autonomy.
